Rude customer service and the worst bank I used .
I am at a loss for words. Zero issue with ATB but just shut this location down. Wow. It’s really sad and dystopian and I’m highly disturbed from being in there. I’m not sure if that’s normal clientele but these workers deserve better, they were really nice for what was occurring.
The worst ATB. Went Friday afternoon to deposit a cheque on the teller as it is for third party deposit. Only one teller available all the time. One teller (Natoya) too talkative, too much outside conversations and not bank related. Making other people stay longer in line and the fact that there was only one teller.
I have always had good experiences with this branch. Before moving on to another role and another location, Taylor Routier was and continues to be so helpful! The associates at this location make banking convenient and easy to understand, there is no pretense or unnecessary upselling. I have been through the hoops dealing with financial issues and ATB city centre has been of great help. The tellers are super helpful and patient. This branch has treated me with respect and dignity and is why I continue to bank with them. Best Atb branch.
