The branch is supposed to open at 9 AM. It is 9:08 AM and the employees are sitting in a board room not bothering to get the door. Is this really how you treat clients? Just glance over and ignore them instead of unlocking the door? I am glad I am leaving ATB for good.
Rude customer service and the worst bank I used .
I am at a loss for words. Zero issue with ATB but just shut this location down. Wow. It’s really sad and dystopian and I’m highly disturbed from being in there. I’m not sure if that’s normal clientele but these workers deserve better, they were really nice for what was occurring.
The worst ATB. Went Friday afternoon to deposit a cheque on the teller as it is for third party deposit. Only one teller available all the time. One teller (Natoya) too talkative, too much outside conversations and not bank related. Making other people stay longer in line and the fact that there was only one teller.
