Best Bank ever! I have been banking with this location since 2004. Always greeted with a smile. Tellers take their time and explain everything in detail which I prefer. Also I would like to give a big shout out to Dev. He will go out of his way to answer any questions. This location has just been renovated to meet client demands. Always clean and fresh look.
At first, my experience with ATB was great—but things took a sudden turn when my account was unexpectedly closed without explanation. When I contacted customer service, I spoke with two representatives who told me they didn’t know why my account had been closed and that I would need to visit a branch. This was already frustrating, but the situation became even more confusing in person.
