Very thankful for such excellent customer service at this branch. I have a LOC with ATB as it was the best interest rate. Gavin and Michelle have been great to deal with when we come in to make payments. Thanks for being so friendly and efficient at this location!
This is Khadim since 2 decades clent of personal banking and business banking with ATB. When ever I go this particular branch the manager and staff (Michelle) attitude is disgusting . They provide unpleasant customer services.which make me frustrated all the time. This is not good sign. It would impact great effect on community and businesses client by word of mouth. It needs to readdress or retrain front staff as well branch manager.
Absolutely nothing but problems with this bank. They did not listen at all when I set up my account and set up it up the complete opposite od what I needed it to do. Online banking only works sometimes. Now They are holding my money hostage due to the restrictions the placed on the account that never should of been placed on it. What good is a chequeing account that won't let you pay out anything.
I do all my personal and company banking at this location. I am very impressed with customer experience and helpfulness of Eugenia and staff as well. Had a complicated situation and Eugenia managed to resolve it in a very timely and profesional manner. I highly recommend ! Thank you to everyone here.
