The team at this ATB branch is exceptional. Ria, Eugenia, and Gavin are always ready to listen and ask the right questions to truly understand their customers' needs. They are polite, respectful, and ensure that all my questions and concerns are thoroughly addressed before I step out the door. A special thanks to Ria for her outstanding knowledge, support, and patience. Their customer service is truly top-notch!
The staff don’t keep to their words for over 4 days I have been struggling to get my $695.18 cents they they said cos am not in Alberta i can’t use ATB and they want to close down the account and I told them my money is in the account okay let me take my money out and close down the account all they did is put a block on the account so I can’t e-transfer the money to my other financial institution and the locked me out of the account I can’t even access it and am currently in Nova Scotia calling everyday cos the money is my ... read more
