Absolutely nothing but problems with this bank. They did not listen at all when I set up my account and set up it up the complete opposite od what I needed it to do. Online banking only works sometimes. Now They are holding my money hostage due to the restrictions the placed on the account that never should of been placed on it. What good is a chequeing account that won't let you pay out anything.
I do all my personal and company banking at this location. I am very impressed with customer experience and helpfulness of Eugenia and staff as well. Had a complicated situation and Eugenia managed to resolve it in a very timely and profesional manner. I highly recommend ! Thank you to everyone here.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Renee Alexander, business advisor, to open a business account. This advisor was gem to deal with. She was very efficient, knowledgeable and responsive. I was able to set-up the account with no inconvenience to myself. If you are looking for competent capable business advisor, I would recommend seeing Renee at this branch.
The team at this ATB branch is exceptional. Ria, Eugenia, and Gavin are always ready to listen and ask the right questions to truly understand their customers' needs. They are polite, respectful, and ensure that all my questions and concerns are thoroughly addressed before I step out the door. The staff don’t keep to their words for over 4 days I have been struggling to get my $695.18 cents they they said cos am not in Alberta i can’t use ATB and they want to close down the account and I told them my money is in the account okay let me take my money out and close down the account all they did is put a block on the account so I can’t e-transfer the money to my other financial institution and the locked me out of the account I can’t even access it and am currently in Nova Scotia calling everyday cos the money is my ... read more
