The one star is for bank teller Gina.I went into my branch today to enquire if they had any foreign currency as most banks have some.I needed Thai Baht.She didn't know what that is which is surprising because she works at a bank.I then asked to withdraw hundred dollar bills to exchange overseas and asked if she could provide me with crisp bills as money changers won't accept folded or old bills.She said no,whatever comes out of machine.She then asked to see my identification for the withdrawal and I gave her my debit card.Sh... read more
