Our experience with this branch was beyond 5 stars! Special regards to Mrs Chris Sardelis (mortgage specialist) for being such a kind, understanding and professional person! She helped us while being on her vacation, with mortgage approval just in few days! She deserves pay raise!!
When I first opened an account here I was told by the supervisor there that since I was a new customer I wouldn't have to pay full banking fees until 1 year later and then after 1 month I started receiving banking fees of $9.95 then 2 months after I started receiving banking fees of $15.96. I called customer service and they didn't help me at all. If they have any incentives don't listen to them chances are they won't follow through. I will be switching to another bank ASAP.
When I came to this branch, Priya told me she could help me, when I told her what I needed done she told me to wait a few minutes and to wait on the side where she then proceeded to call up the next customer and put me on hold essentially disregarding my business and wasting my time
I wish to commend Personal Banker Subrina. Subrina has gone over and and above to accommodate my banking needs. I could list several time, but let one suffice: once, Unity Square mis-scheduled an appointment with Subrina; Subrina was working in Mill Woods when the teller scheduled my appointment in Unity Square. Subrina rearranged her schedule so that she could honour the appointment that ATB Financial had made. I liked going to the Oliver Square branch to do business. The staff are all wonderful to deal with. However, I heard that a new security company is coming in, which will most likely be Garda Security. What gives? The present security company is the best. The guards are professional, and kind to deal with. I feel safe going into the branch now. However, that is about to change.
