This bank is full of confused employees
Very poor customer service-----went in yesterday to have a lost bank card replaced---everything was fine until the teller noticed I was on assistance, then she couldn't try hard enough to get rid of me. Was given false info and sent on a wild goose chase to the branch where my account was opened, on foot, only to be told they could do nothing for me there either. VERY disappointed in this discriminatory, unprofessional, and ultimately unkind treatment.
I can't honestly say how impressed I've been with the service recieved at this ATB branch. My personal banking advisor Subrina was amazing in her guidance through my mortgage application process. 5 Stars to her and the team for all their hard work!
