I had a very disappointing experience at this branch, particularly with the banker named Kais. He handled my application in a very unprofessional manner — I was kept waiting for months, received misleading information, and there was no proper follow-up or accountability. I am especially dissatisfied with Kais’s attitude and lack of responsibility. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the service provided by this branch.
I am highly annoyed and dissatisfied by this branch and employees. nonchalant with hours of operation , disorganized and unresponsive. Saturday, open at 10.30 am? Are you kidding me?! Every day the hours are different, inconsistent, not to mention their business adviser won’t answer emails. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
This is now one of my favorite atb. Every one so helpful nice kind understand and smily. Thank you nun Rita. And subrina or sumenta. I probably saying wrong but Thank you everyone works there
