I highly recommend Lauren Wood for all your banking needs. She was able to lower my credit card interest and set me up with a line of credit. She put me in a lower fee banking service, even gave me some awesome breath mints! 😎 If you want to go to bank where they know you by name, go see Lauren.

Lauren is always great. Same as Shannon. Im sorry if I am getting her name wrong. Your new hire Brittany needs to work on tones and facial expressions and not seeming annoyed to be assisting the customers. I take business deposits and do some personal banking there frequently and up until working with her have always had wonderful experiences. Maybe just having a bad day but the customer service and attitude provided by Brittany today were not to the standards I'm used to seeing in this branch.
I have met Lauren and have worked with her for just over a year. She has been the ONLY individual that has worked in the Financial Services industry that responds quickly and truly cares about her clients. I have used ATB for my business accounts and now am moving all my personal accounts from one of the "big 5" banks to her, because of her attention and caring that she provides. I highly recommend her and the ATB team to be your bank.
