i went to this location to wire money and one of the employees seems like she didnt know what she was doing,,, wrote the IBAN wrong. So the next day it got rejected ,,,,normal it happens didn't think nothing of it so I went again. Another older lady said oh yeah we sent it again it was the wrong IBAN but didn't make me sign anything so I left and they send it again this time with incorrect beneficiary name.She put the bank name instead of the beneficiary name. Cheryl, Marlene and Chelsea are the most friendly and engaging tellers that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing. Management seriously needs to consider giving all three a hefty raise.
The more I associate with ATB in Edmonton's Northside the more I see the mismanagement of resources and information. I stopped into ATB on 118th & 121st Street) to do some banking & needed to use the restroom -- only to be told there's no public washrooms available!! Shame on you ATB!!
Very professional and efficient staff. Chelsea, Cheryl, and Marlene were all very polite and engaging, and offering to help in any way. Great team over here, thank you for the help!
