Gotta say today was a good day. My brother and I were into the Fort Sask branch today we had the door opened by a wonderful staff member whose name is Rhea ( like a ray of sunshine!). She then offered us coffee and took us to her to assist my bro. Great day excellent service and a very cordial interaction. Just the way it is suppose to be.
I would like to commend Lisa at the Fort Saskatchewan branch for taking the time to help me set up a pre authorized payment . It took a lot of time and she had great patience with me , as I am a senior with very little computer experience.
Currently under going a credit fraud issue. I maintain an impeccable payment history. This branches advise was to pay the fraudulent debt collectors, apon providing them account info showing the account paid they still refused to do any business. Note should also be added that the debt collectors phone number goes no where and the company that has put it on my Bereau does not operate out of Canada. They also refused to release any account information so I could go file a formal police, Buyer beware of this branch.
