ATB has to be the most pathetic bank I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their lack of online security is atrocious. Along with their terrible online security this branch in particular has the worst costumer service out of them all. Someone got into my bank account and stole a substantial amount of money from me which ATB’s system didn’t catch. Yikes. Never answer phone, just had a branch related question. Theres 1 teller with 8 people in line. Asked for foreign currency brought in and wrong amount was order, so none before trip, just a mess.
