I had the best experience with Cindy Haraga who is the bank manager at the Fort Saskatchewan branch of ATB. I was looking at making changes to some of my banking requirements and Cindy was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with information beyond my expectations. Cindy was able to break things down and explain everything in a way that made sense to me. I would not hesitate in referring anyone to Cindy Haraga for their banking needs.
I have had a great experience at ATB. They have helped me get my finances in order and I am looking forward to continue working with them
I joined this bank years ago, because they were supposed be a smaller bank that treats their customers like human beings. Sadly, each year they act more and more like the big 3 and treat their customers more and more like a number. I no longer see any reason to bank with them over other banks.
My husband and I met with Vincent. He is excellent at his job! He made sure we understood everything and explained it all so clearly! Highly recommend meeting with him if you need help with your finances. 10/10 experience!!
