I specifically want to give a five star review to Madilyn Heesing, who is an Everyday banking advisor at the Fort Saskatchewan branch. Every time I or anyone else in my family has reached out to her for assistance with our banking needs she has been knowledgeable, courteous, and timely.
My account got hacked they passed the buck to the next level, I don’t feel I was dealt with fairly.
I had the best experience with Cindy Haraga who is the bank manager at the Fort Saskatchewan branch of ATB. I was looking at making changes to some of my banking requirements and Cindy was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with information beyond my expectations. Cindy was able to break things down and explain everything in a way that made sense to me. I would not hesitate in referring anyone to Cindy Haraga for their banking needs.
I have had a great experience at ATB. They have helped me get my finances in order and I am looking forward to continue working with them
