It’s not a bad bank overall, but I just hate that you can’t call them anymore like I use to be able to. You have to first leave a voicemail and wait for them to get back to you which they normally don’t.
Very bad customer service and always closed before advertised closing time. Which is very frustrating when you are a working person that works Monday to Friday and can't easily just go to the bank at any hour.
Great staff and very fast!!
