I visited the Saddletowne branch approximately one year ago for some personal banking requirements. Mr. Pulkit Kapoor assisted us during our visit and provided excellent solutions to our concerns. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in his approach. I had excellent service from the front desk. Cora Legaspi was kindly able to set a meeting for starting a savings account and credit card. From there meeting up with Ishant Dhinga, he was able to efficiently set up the following information in less than half a hour. 10/10 Professionalism 10/10 Customer Service 10/10 Time Management
Today I go to the branch and I wait more than 20 minutes and after that the employee name Cora she collect my debit card and told me for more wait and attend the other customer who sit in the waiting area and I’m still waiting more 20 minutes after that one other employee come and return my debit card and told me go to the atm machine and suggest me done the transaction I’m really surprised otherwise all employees all the time politely deal with me and other customers even Cora is too helpful as well but today I’m really dis... read more
