I'm absolutely thrilled with the service I've received from ATB, hands down the best bank in Alberta! The team at this branch is exceptional, with standout professionals like Samson and Olha who truly go above and beyond!
Branch unreachable, telephone support deliberately challenging and unhelpful. Brutally insulting preamble message on support line. Appauling communication during a 3 day ATB debit outage. Customers embarressed and humilated by by declined transactions. Frequent system failures. Customers need to be able to trust you with their money, thay can't.
Very disappointing as stop payments should include all payments for the same company and same amount. NOT for each transaction that is being attempted every day. Obviously, the banking people are NOT there to help their clients. The customer service person accused the client of being abusive when the client in a serious tone corrected the representative to not call the client by just last name with no MS, before it. Couldn't help to client with a solution.
I had an excellent experience with Setareh Biglarkhani at ATB 8 Ave place, down town Calgary location. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. The process was smooth and efficient, and I truly appreciated her clear communication and friendly attitude. It’s rare to find someone who goes the extra mile to ensure everything is handled correctly and promptly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for outstanding customer service!
