Horrible service
We went to open business accounts, they did open it but they took away our online banking access and lock all of the accounts. got really hard time to run the business without access of any bank accounts all our payments are getting declined and still struggling with so many issues. Received worse banking service ever.
They have never answered a single voicemail I have sent. And when I did click direct to the customer help centre, they actually gave the wrong info. I’m unable to come during opening hours due to work so I’ve just been relying on a call back for nearly a week (I’ve left several voicemails) and have not received a single call back. There’s no opportunity to talk to someone on the phone as their number goes directly to voicemail everytime.
