Absolute garbage bank. The bank machines never work and the bank is closed when people get off work so for days I have been trying to deposit money into my account and there is literally no possible way to. Damara the branch manager at country hills ATB, along with Sandra Tavares, are some of the most unprofessional “workers” I guess you could call them? Customer service agents is definitely pushing it. I phoned atb with an issue. The representative told me to go into the branch to get it sorted out. I went into the country hills nw branch in Calgary.
