I have never experienced a more incompetent company in my life. I have been with this bank for the last 25 years and have had nothing but problems the whole entire time. I am part of a local non profit who also deals with ATB. We have had issues with 1 team member being extremely rude and unprofessional. Recently it came to my attention the our non profits business and account information has been discussed with a former member who hasn't been apart of the non profit for many years and isn't listed in our account. we feel this is a major breach of confidentiality and is extremely unprofessional.
My partner went in to inquire about a cheque he deposited. Wasn’t rude whatsoever, but the older white lady working was completely rude and out of line. My partner told her “arrowwood usually deposits my cheques right away”. The audacity of her to say “well go back to arrowwood then”. No reason to say that whatsoever, and instead of helping she’s basically saying “I can’t help. Go to another branch then”. Gross behaviour from a grown woman.
