My partner went in to inquire about a cheque he deposited. Wasn’t rude whatsoever, but the older white lady working was completely rude and out of line. My partner told her “arrowwood usually deposits my cheques right away”. The audacity of her to say “well go back to arrowwood then”. No reason to say that whatsoever, and instead of helping she’s basically saying “I can’t help. Go to another branch then”. Gross behaviour from a grown woman. Consistently unresponsive, inconsistent in treatment of the same transactions for different people/on different days, and frequently give you the impression that it's inconvenient that you're there.
Christa Johnston was absolutely one of the most amazing people I’ve had to work with. She was fun to talk to, she had lots of options for me. She gave me new ideas, explained the options very well. She also had other great tips and advice not directly related to the reason for seeing her! I felt she went above and beyond with helping me in my crazy situation and I’m thank for to have had her and no one else, haha!! Give her a raise damit!!
