We have spent $60 in "Stop Payment" fees. It does not stop the payment from being withdrawn! The first $20 didn't and the teller said we cannot give you back your money. So my husband spent another $40 to "Stop Payment" and it did not stop the payment! I don't know what to do at this point. No point in going in to the branch because the tellars don't care and it usually takes 20 minutes in line to see one.
I have only had to visit the tellers twice now but both have been friendly and extremely helpful and kind.
the power went out ,they called me as soon as they went back on line after leaving them a message ,great staff and service ,thank you ATB .
Absolutely terrible customer service and outrageous fees! Strathmore banch manager is terrible! Switching banks immediately
