I hope this feedback reaches whoever is responsible for this bank; I have never seen an institution so disrespectful to people in my life.I'm not talking about disrespect in one-on-one communication, I'm talking about how things work in general.It should be this easy to unjustly victimize people.
The best staff ever! The reno is looking good.
Regarding business banking, this organization is shareholder focused and not customer focused. Support times continue to increase, including a 10 minute phone conversation just to confirm basic security questions. Support staff are not fully trained and sometimes difficult to understand.
