Inconvenient lunch closures are ridiculous. Who has time to come back into town a second time to use the bank? Figure out your staffing and have normal breaks without closure like every other business around.
AtB Bank makes banking a pleasant experience. Their app and website make checking balances and paying bills a breeze. Customer service whether at the bank or on the phone is a pleasure with polite, knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this bank! The staff is amazing
The bank tellers have been great every time I go in. The only issue I have is dealing with the business rep. I am still waiting on her reply through email for the past 3 weeks. I was told by the teller that she would have her call me. Never did receive a phone call.
Been banking here over a year, and this one teller still demands photo id, or all my info. Won’t be dealing with that teller ever again.
Great staff, great bank!
