Had a great experience working with Waki. I felt listened to, and I believe that I got sound advice. There was no pressure to upsell any products I didn't need. Everyone here was friendly and efficient. I'll definitely be coming back, and have no hesitation to recommend this branch.

It’s been amazing working with the team. I have moved all my banking from other FI to ATB due to the best customer service.
Slow as everyone states also I was behind the person next to the till when waki got a coffee for her didn't ask me anything then went to the person behind me to ask what they were there for... instead of me, who I was directed to after getting to the till as they could not help me... the front till was nice but if he asked me first I would of been out there sooner as I didn't have much time.. this seens due to ethinc nepotism
