Terrible. I was a victum of identity theft and all the money in my account at the time was stolen. My case was sent to the fraud department which i'm starting to question is even real. Every time i call to inquire about my case I am told that "the fraud department will call you back." It has been 6 months now and I still have not heard a single word from ATB about the money they owe me. Yet I keep getting calls asking me to pay them more money using the account they froze.
