I was very impressed with the customer service to absolutely loved it
Booked an appointment at this location but nobody greetd me. The sign said wait outside and someone will guide you to your appointment room. Waited more than 15 mins and still nothing. Later I see the person my appointment was booked with wallk into a room with a different customer and just started chatting casually. I understand that sometimes there are delays with previous appointments but this was just someone walking in and chatting with them, after 30 mins I just gave up and walked away.
Ian was unbelievable to work with. He helped me more than anyone I’ve ever worked with in banking. It makes me proud to be Albertan! He knew things no one else could find the answers too, and he went above and beyond to insure I was cared for properly! If I could leave 10 stars? I would. ⭐️
