it was wonderful service today from Mr Arsh.
Jon is a real one . I’m with BMO and needed to deposit the check to a client whom I bought a machine from who’s with atb. He came to BMO to physically confirm the check in person and I was able to deposit the funds same day. Manager Jonathon makes me want to come bank with atb just by his actions today
I have moved to ATB from TD and wow the difference man, I never wait in line more than few minutes and special Arsh works there and he is unreal the most helpful guy, he is smart and knows exactly what you need and get it done.
Dealing with a death of a family member is challenging as it is. Estates are complicated especially when its considered insolvent. A bank who does mortgages and estates should know what that means. Not only did I provide the information requested along with court documents showing I am a representative of the Estate due to the financial ruine its in should not be met with attitude and dismissed.
