I met with Mina Dalalzadeh, an ATB Everyday Banking Advisor, to set up new banking services with ATB. Mina's knowledge/competence, along with her timely communication during follow-up was 5 Star Superb! She was patient with my endless questions, and thoroughly explained every detail of the ATB service I had inquired about. I am happy to call this my preferred bank, and look forward to seeing Mina when I visit the branch. Thankyou Mina!

I moved some money from my ATB account to another institution but got one number wrong, meaning my transfer went to an unknown person. There were many phone calls involved over a number of weeks to try to get the money back. All along a teller named Reese Chang followed up on her side and encouraged me to go farther up the chain of the other institution when the people I got on the phone were of no help. The money was finally returned. Thank you Reese. Your concern and suggestions were invaluable during a stressful time.
