I’d like to appreciate the excellent service provided by the tellers Stephanie and Reese at ATB North Hill branch. I visit many different banks around the city every day, and through all those visits I meet a lot of staff across various branches. Service at ATB NorthHill is excellent My teller is Stephanie Reese
This is my preferred ATB branch, I have been coming here for over 10 years. I prefer to come to this branch because Stephanie and Reece are so helpful and pleasant to deal with. I trust that everything is getting done correctly and they are quick but I also never feel rushed. Any time I have something that I need done or need some information about I make an effort to come here because everyone I have dealt with is very helpful and has never steered me wrong.
Unfortunately I had my request which was very time sensitive pretty much ignored. A bit of back story, so my mortgage contract requires that ATB send a representative for when condo board meetings happen. I called first and they sent me to a mortgage specialist at this location. Which then told me they could not help me and told me to email my concern to the mortgage specialist which I did the day of, and they said they would be in contact with me, and forwod my email to another ATB representative.
