I had an exceptional experience at the ATB 16th ave branch! The staff went above and beyond to assist with all our daily banking needs. Branch Manager Sophia was outstanding -Reese, Stephanie & Ahmad they are always very welcoming, Friendly, professional and helpful. They took good care of us and for that i am grateful! Highly recommend this branch.
Excellent customer service
Our experience with obtaining our heloc was very enjoyable. The staff at ATB went above and beyond to help us with our needs.
We were struggling with a mortgage broker for 7 months, my sister went into the branch to collect some info for the broker and Sophiacasually said I can help, so we sat down with her ..... within three weeks we had a mortgage in place and in our home. Sophia and her team at north hill ATB are amazing Thank you to the entire team!!
