I have been going to this place several years with my business account s ,was awesome and great people to work within ,today hard a horrible experience with one of the new staff , shes rude , attitude doesn’t know the job,, good luck to brunch to having her !!
5 stars for the teller Joelle! She was beyond accommodating and I appreciated her help! She was friendly and went the extra step for me! I’ve really been reconsidering banking at ATB and if she hadn’t been so accommodating I probably would have switched banks today!
The staff may be great but when you call a branch you should be able to talk to someone?! On hold for over 20 min with the notification that I have “about 25 minutes “ to go…? I’m hanging up now! Thanks ATB! Try to support local but……..
