Went to the redwater branch and I dealt with cheryl gurba and I was blown away with her friendliness and knowledge of exactly what I was looking for in a bank, I highly recommend anyone who is interested in dealing with a outstanding person as cheryl. So glad I switched to the redwater ATB
Always great staff and positive energy. Over the years, this ATB has been the best decision for myself and my family. The staff goes above and beyond to help in many ways, respectful and professional.
I would give 5 stars, except for the limited hours. However I understand it is a CU and in a small town. The staff has always been great. HQ is leaps and bounds beyond TD, that I have recently parted ways after decades of being with them due to a poor and even arrogant HQ at TD.
