Horrible custom service, only ever one person to help people out and they know the bare minimum. Other people walking around with no effort to help people in line.
Madhu Pathak at the Chestermere branch of ATB was extremely helpful. Even without visiting the branch, I was able to complete my banking smoothly thanks to her prompt assistance over phone and email. Her professionalism and responsiveness made the entire process easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Funny how my review from last week isnt online. Be aware the investment girl lacks knowledge. I wanted money invested in my RRSP before the tax deadline and the airhead put my money in cashable GICs. Avoid at all costs!
