Amanda at Atax was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I went there to get my taxes done and left feeling like I had wasted my time. She did not seem knowledgeable about the tax situation I was trying to address, and instead of taking the time to understand it or explain what she needed, her attitude made the entire experience frustrating. I would not recommend wasting your time with Amanda if you have anything beyond a very basic tax return. I ended up having to go elsewhere to get the help I needed.
Amanda is awesome! I started out using an online accounting service that was horrible and put me in such a mess with my 2025 taxes. Amanda in a matter of hours reduced the amount I owed by more than half by finding major errors that the previous accountants made. I will recommend Amanda and ATAX to every single person I know. She is easy to work with, pleasant and extremely smart!
The service was excellent. Amanda was very friendly. I loved the place—I highly recommend it!
Amanda was professional and efficient; she was amazing.
I have been doing business with these lovely people for a few years and have no complaints at all as long as it is coordinated there is pretty much no wait time at all and the best part about it is they are local and remember you
