This is by far the worst tax preparer I ever encountered. She wants to take you money not do the job. I waited a month and half to file my 2024 tax. An refused to finish for my second tax return I paid her 360 for nothing. This lady is a scammer and a sheister !
Maritza was absolutely amazing. She took her time to find the maximum refund for my husband and I. Taxes have always made me nervous but I am so glad I went to Atax this year. Maritza has a very professional and pleasant demeanor that can put anyone at ease. I am so happy I found her and I actually look forward to doing my taxes with her in the future!
ATAX did a fantastic job on my company's K-1 business tax returns and saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend using their services. Thank you!
When you first go to request her services she is friendly, but in the process of it she is irresponsible, tell you to go to her office in a specific time and when you go she’s no there and don’t even call you to reschedule. She processed my taxes but I never received my 1040 form, even asking a couple of times for it, she said will send it but never did, when last asked she turned to be unresponsive. First and last time using her services.
