I could not be more grateful for Purnell. I came in with a W2 from 2023 and some old health insurance 1095's. Not a typical tax filing because it was all from years passed. I thought I would possibly be penalized by the IRS for filing late, instead he got me a great state & federal return and saved me all the stress of trying to use turbo tax or H & R block. Fast, Efficient and Reliable Service and didn’t up charge me for my service. Was extremely busy and didn’t have time to get my taxes done earlier , I went on the deadline date 15th, knocked on the door and at first was turned away respectfully as they were VERY busy and I understood. Waiting a minute at the corner for the light to change, I was then brought back in and they kindly did my taxes and only charged me about $175 and I was very grateful. I haven't had to do taxes for over15 years; my husband would normally take care of this, however he recently passed and I was hesitant in choosing someone to do something so personal. Purnell was very kind and helpful and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely use ATax in the future.
