Shady predatory practices, bad documentation and trackings, prepaid for our tax services day we filed and requested direct deposit. Mysteriously my deposit was sent to them and it has a $ 120 fee for them to give me a check plus they billed me again the $290 paid the day i filed. When I went to pick up the check I seen it was $400 less than expected and they argued with me saying that’s all they were sent .
