No. Just no. They were recommended to me to assist with filing an LLC and getting an EIN. They use a third party that you could use on your own. To their credit, they did not charge me more than what the third party charges. The LLC filing went through quickly! But I have still not received my paperwork and articles of incorporation. I reached out directly to the third party and they tell me that they were sent to ATAX via their document portal. I reached out to ATAX and they tell me I should have gotten them in the mail.
