Ms Norma took care of my tax return like a real professional. I walked in without appointment just to inquire about the tax service and she said, "i have the time I'll do it right now if you want". In less than 1 hr I walked out with my taxes done. She's is very friendly and understanding. She even offered me a discount without me asking. Very pleased with the service.
