I regret to say that my experience with this tax office has been thoroughly disappointing. Despite their claims of professionalism, their incompetence knows no bounds. From missing deadlines to erroneous filings, every interaction has been marred by inefficiency and negligence. I cannot in good conscience recommend this tax preparer to anyone. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for competent and reliable tax services.

SIMPLY RIDICULOUS. I had an appointment and they made me wait about 30 minutes, after that they seem like they didn’t know how to help me file my taxes. Really??? HOW???
