A mess. I can't get anyone to call me back and the owner or whatever she calls herself is rude.....I will be calling corporate to report her.
I had my taxes prepared in this office and they never sent me copy of my return. I have trying to get a hold of the office and corporate for weeks. No one answers or returns my calls. Horrible customer service!
Jennifer and Tamica were a tremendous help to me this year in preparing and filing my taxes! I learned a lot that I will definitely put to use moving forward from here on out! I also left with $50 cash for filing today! When you’re ready to have your taxes prepared and filed, go see Jennifer (by 2/15 if want to leave with $50 cash). Tamica was a phenomenal source for information, but Jennifer is who prepared my taxes today.
