Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The attention and support are terrible. What bank closes at 3:00 PM and doesn't offer customer service afterward? The staff is extremely incompetent, and their systems feel outdated. For every small change or request, customers are required to appear in person. What happens if someone is hospitalized or unable to travel? Dealing with this bank is completely unpredictable and unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for reliable banking services.

Great bank, my family has been banking there since it was opened in the 80s, wouldn't bank anywhere else, Awsome home town hospitality respectful and knowledgeable personnel.
