My name is Audra Swenson-Breeden and I was voted Best Massage Therapist in La Crosse County in 2015. I am certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Myofascial Release and SMRT techniques. I had the wonderful experience to go to ThaiLand in January 2014 to learn the traditional Thai Massage. I am also certified Chinese Cupping.

I received a gift certificate to Ataraxis and I was more than pleased with the whole experience. I have received massages for 10+ years from many providers, and this was the best experience from start to finish. She was very thorough in asking questions prior to the massage. Audra is the best! She always makes sure to listen to my concerns. She's able to balance being able to communicate clearly while making sure you stay in a relaxed state of mind. If you have not been to Audra for a massage you need to! She is extremely professional and asks questions before each session. Audra is trained in several different massage techniques and is excellent at what she does. At my most recent massage with Audra she used complementary hot stones. It was just what I needed!
