Hired Jon, he says "this case is an easy one, it should not be more than $10,000" then he burned through that prepared a $25,000 ANTI-SLAPP that he never followed through with BUT DID TAKE THE PAYMENT FOR IT, he then proceeded to bill an additional $9,000 so $44,000 is FAR FROM a $10,000 easy case! A child of the client understands law better and that is recorded! Jon Atabek is not an honest man, he took advantage of elderly clients and never performed,

Got paid to do a case and didn’t complete what he started. Doesn’t even know Law that well was corrected multiple times by the client Son. Coal find a better attorney than Jon
