Highly recommended!! I love how quick Tai and his teammates get things done. Unlike other places it takes day to day for them to get back to me, Tai and his teammates wont let me wait for too long. They would try to get back with me as soon as they can. It’s also not hard at all to contact them. All of the agents are really nice, and patience. I had my taxes done here and they were kind and courteous to get me to utilize their services. However, once I received their services and had questions regarding my refund, I was repeatedly told by the young gentleman secretary, that I would receive a call back. I reached out to Jennifer via email and was told I would receive a phone call the following day.
