Deena was amazing. She gave me vitamin injections and IV therapy, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking for wellness support.

I started At Your Service Beauty & Wellness in 2024. I have had vitamin C & B injections as well as C02 laser treatments. I suffer terribly from migraines and this week was in awful pain. She offered me an injection and by the time I got home I was no longer in discomfort. And if traveling to her suite is a challenge she does offer to come to your home. Deena is a gem. She sets your expectations clearly and goals are achieved. I met her a year ago for botox at location I previously had frequented over 5 years. She is knowledgeable, confident and, informative. She was the first professional to give me a card with the do's and don't after injections. *I've been using botox since 2018. would never recommend this provider to anyone. she will give you ptosis and lumpy lips. she’s not a skilled injector. had to have a skilled, nurse practitioner fix me and type this up in regards to the previous work i paid for and received at AYS wellness. as well as then paying for her to fix it, just to torture me and cause me pain. i literally was crying in pain as she was injecting hyelenex into my lips without a clue as to what she’s doing. edited 3/20/25 IN RE. to AYS “reply to this review”: Let me be very clear: I did... read more
