My go to establishment for massages.
I use to like coming here as my massage therapist was always good, however the owner was very unprofessional as well as staff when I tried to cancel an appt 3 hrs before bc I had received no reminder text or email until the morning of when they usually send me a reminder a few days or week prior. I had a procedure done only a few days before this so had wanted to reschedule but was told I’d have to pay $75 when I had no reminders and continued to get a nasty attitude via text from the staff/owners. I called to ask for recommendations on therapist with a firmer touch for a deep tissue massage. I was referred to their online scheduler that listed all of the different therapist. This in itself was fine and helpful but the problem was the receptionist. Whoever answered the phone on 2/2/25 in the morning was in a hurry to get off the phone.
