Always get my family and friends fantastic birthday presents from here. They have Blundstone boots in stock in store I can not find anywhere else in Sydney so you can try them on instead of risking it online. Great customer service!

I honestly don’t know how The Coalface is still operating with the level of customer service they provide. Every interaction I had with them felt passive‑aggressive, like I was inconveniencing them by asking basic questions about an order I paid for. As a woman tradie it’s hard to find pants that fit properly while being comfortable, the same challenge was faced today walking in store however Michael was very dedicated and didn’t stop until he found me a pair that fit nice and snug, as well as finding boots that fit and were very comfortable. I can’t recommend him more. Thank you!
