Horrible communicator, never sent my taxes after being paid, didn’t update my address, when my refund didn't come I had to chase down the IRS to get updated info because he doesn't answer the phone and ignores messages. Also didn't show up for scheduled appointment, I had to switch up my day and go out of my way to his house if I wanted my taxes which he claimed were done, yet.I couldn't get them for 2 more weeks.
