Our home health CNA, Yarima Otero, is the sole reason for our good review. We did go through a couple of lovely ladies however, we experienced a couple challenges with safety or language barriers as my father is hard of hearing. Since Yarima came to our family it has been nothing short of amazing. To my parents and myself, as a care taker, I can't say enough good things about her.
