I was in to buy hair products and the lady was helpful and asked if I would like a facial for 50$, I was thinking this is great deal and she could get me in right away, using all Aveda products which I love, but the treatment was applying the products and essentially using them and there was no facial to be had other than some rough wiping of toners and exfoliators and some serum, it was applied very rough and not professional at all. Great experience. Love the Aveda products and amazing service . I booked an apt last minute and was totally confident sitting in Francesco’s chair . Left feeling great best haircut in a while
Don't buy the AVEDA product here. They ignored the sale price and refused to refund.
