Jay is a gifted practitioner. I have had hundreds of massages. Currently I am dealing with painful joints. I have had more pain free days after his sessions. He uses massage, cupping and dry needling. Works very well for me. Jay’s has such a depth of knowledge that he shares to improve my condition. I highly recommend him.
