I had knowledgeable, dependable help from At Home Rehab and Wellness for a serious shoulder injury. Highly recommended.
Michelle was very good at getting me to go up& down steps get in & out of car to drive again getting off chairs, couch, walking with a cane not walker gave me great stretching exercises after my knee replacement I had a lot of fear since I fell a few times she was very good at helping me feel more confident. And it was so much more relaxing than when I went to Outpatient PT. The one on one was just what I needed. Already telling people about this Rehab.
Michele is excellent! She created my physical therapy sessions around my abilities and I grew stronger each session. Her approach to creating exercises which are relative to things I do in everyday life was extremely beneficial in my recovery. I highly recommend her and she will be the first one I will call if I need PT/OT in the future.
I am so glad I was able to find Dr Michelle for my at home physical therapist. Having someone as professional as she is come to my home and provide therapy directed at my needs has been quite a gift. She's focused on the outcome, she keeps data to show progress, she's kind and provides many challenges. I feel so lucky to have found her. This is exactly what I need to grow and maintain my physical health. Thanks Dr Michelle!
Michelle is always so positive and encouraging. She gives me modifications if I need them. She has helped me rehab my left hip and works on balance with me due to my Parkinson’s. I have made great strides in the weeks we’ve worked together.
