I’ve been to this location so many times, everyone is always kind and helpful. Store is always stocked and well kept. Today I called before driving out to the store Tori picked up the phone. She was incredibly kind, sweet and helpful. Most times when we call retail stores they act like we are bothering them but TORI was amazing! She deserves a great time from her higher ups
Ryan D was great and helped me get the proper price and discount for the items I purchased this morning. The service person Myra was also very helpful
Went to go buy a display model table. I asked an associate for a discount, and we verbally agreed on a price. I then disassembled the entire thing by myself with no help & brought it up front only for the manager to disagree with the price I was promised and tried getting me to pay over 100 dollars more for it. I wouldn't have spent 30 minutes taking it apart if I didn't agree on the price with the associate. At the end, he looks at me and goes "didn't seem like you wanted it anyway". Excuse me?
