It’s not often you walk into a retail store and actually receive any quality help anymore, sadly. But I was blown away by the help and kindness I received when shopping here! I just walked in to find a wreath and I was helped by three different employees who were all super nice!! They were all happy for me when I found a wreath I liked! The lady who checked me out at the register was also very nice and easy to talk to. Very friendly staff and the selection was great as well! Thank you all! ☺️
I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this store. I was treated with clear disrespect and discrimination by the staff. While shopping, I was approached and questioned about whether I had money to pay for the items in my cart — an unnecessary and offensive assumption. My intention was simply to shop, not to be accused or treated like I didn’t belong there. Every single thing I’ve bought here has been a mistake. You’d think you can’t buy a bad candle. Yes, you can. The three-wick candles were not usable after three uses. The wall decoration rusted. The pillow fell apart. The rug is curling at the edges. The towels are rough. This store sells poor quality items.
When we bought our home, I bought 2 95 inch panel curtains. Went back 2 months later to buy 2 more. I had to order them in line. They came fast. I took them back because they were not 95 inch they were 94. LISA the manager allowed me to return them and found more in Longmont. She had someone deliver them from Longmont. Guess what? They are also an inch short (94) not 95 inch crazy, but because the store were so willing to work with me, I am just going to keep them the way they are.
