One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at any store. I called the Abingdon, MD At Home location to follow up on an order I placed earlier because there were absolutely no updates. I received zero communication from the Roadie driver, which is another issue entirely. Even worse, my order doesn’t appear anywhere on At Home’s website, so I had no choice but to call the store directly.
