I need to ask a question over the phone. Do you not have a system set up to talk to an actual person at the store I called? This is terrible. I should not have to go to the web site to get my question answered. I do not have an answer to my question. If I could give 1/2 a star I would.
Love this store... so much merchandise for home, patio and garden, plus other stuff.
Not a safe parking lot for your vehicle. Someone tried to steal ours. Thankfully failed. The manager tried to say it was rare. The responding officers said it was common. So shop here at the risk of walking home. Stay AWAY.
As of 12-5-09 they still don't answer the phone and the automated system won't let you speak with a live person and then hangs up on you. Maybe their poor customer service is why they closed our Garden Rige in Richmond.
Don't bother to call this phone number. It's a tape that leads nowhere and won't let you talk to anyone. Good for store hours and return policy but that's it. Nice store with lots of choices and merchandise. Quality is average.
Last night I came to your store to return some bar stools and rebuy different ones. This was a credit card transaction and would have only taken a minute. I arrived at 8:03 and the door was locked. I had traveled 30 miles to get there. A person came to the door, but said they could not do the transaction as they had just closed. CAN YOU PLEASE GET A HUMAN BEING TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND SPEAK TO PEOPLE INSTEAD OF AN AUTOMATED VOICE THAT HANGS UP WHEN IT'S DONE SAYING THE RECORDING!!!!!!!!
Poor customer service with rude clerks When an incorrect price was identified and I told the clerk she was very put out that she had to get it corrected. Once the correct price was added I discovered I was not credited for the original wrong price. I then had to go to customer service for a credit. Both the clerk and the "manager" (I use the term loosely) were unapologetic and acted as if I was taking up their precious time.
