Doesn't answer their phones. Was at another store and we needed to look yo see if Longmont had the product. Never answered the phone after 10 tries. Horrible service. Bought a rug somewhere else and will think twice about shopping At Home in the future.
They, undoubtedly, have the most selections of whatever you're needing for your home. I love this store.
I went to “At Home” today to buy a perfectly sized bin, and was lucky enough to be helped by the very nice “Cindy!” She was great. So the only reason I took a star off my review was because of how “meh” the bin stock was, just really lacking unfortunately.
Be prepared to find stuff you didn't even know you needed! Found everything on the list and then some! The people are very helpful including the manager!
I bought a 34 dollar pillow and the lady at checkout was insanely rude! Then the pillows seems came undone after a week will not be returning!!
