My husband and I had a terrible experience at this store. I went in to return a cushion I purchased just 10 days ago—brand new, never used, still with the tags and with the receipt, and the entire process was unnecessarily frustrating. The staff were rude and unhelpful from the start, and the MOD was just as dismissive and unfriendly.
