I will never go back to this location. My mom bought several rugs less than 2 weeks ago. One of the rugs shed terribly and today with a receipt tried to return it. It was in pristine condition and the associate asked if she washed it (a big heavy rug). And then tries to tell my mom that it wasn't purchased there when it most certainly was and she has the receipt.
