I went in store yesterday to purchase 3 big mirrors for my home. Upon inspecting it, noticed one of the 3 was damaged. A big gash on the edge of the mirror. Dear At Home Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent purchase from At Home. I spent over $1,500 on what was supposed to be a key element of a fundraiser — 12 lanterns to be used as centerpieces. Unfortunately, what I received was one box of completely broken items. The glass was shattered throughout the box, clearly due to the fact that nothing had been packaged or protected properly.
