Amazing customer service!!! Lisa was so kind and helpful!! I was on the hunt for three specific barstools and this store only had two and the neighboring stores were also out of stock. I decided not to buy them but then sweet lisa called me and told me that a store farther away had them! I was so gratefull that she did that for me!!
I wanted to give this store 5 star, considering the price and quality of the items. However, when it comes to the refund process, especially using the klarna app, they are very disappointing. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not been refunded for an item I DID NOT receive via online purchase and it's getting really frustrating. I called the store and no help was available, as they asked me to reach out to customer service since they could not help me since I purchased through Klarna.
