I bought a beautiful piece of wall decor the other day in box. I did noticed there was one without the box and it was misshaped, so I bought the other got home and love it. I went back to see if can get the misshaped for a discount since it was clearly bent. Manager told me that I couldn’t get a discount on it due to the fact “ that I could bend it back” I’m sorry in my experience it will never look right especially if if it’s an s shaped bend on the back.
