Great place to shop Great selection of greenery and accessories to match. Staff in this department is very helpful in helping to pick out greenery and giving suggestions for us who are not as creative as others. Left candles that i paid for I was in your store today around 10 am and bough several items and two of the items were not in the bag and i paid for them. I would like to come and pick them up. They were 2 led candles at 4.99@. Please let me know you received this so i can come pick up my candles. My name is Debbie
Garden Ridge Nice large store, lots of items, not enough staff. Prices are OK and sometimes they send out flyers with coupons. I did find a few things there that I couldn't find in any other craft store. Very, very busy parking lot and really not worth the traffic hassle to go there PROS: Fair Prices, lots of items CONS: Too much traffic
great arts and crafts store Great store for home decorating and arts and crafts projects. Great customer service and staff. They have everything in this store. The have patio furniture, artwork, unfinished wood projects, wedding items, artificial flowers, party supplies, bar furniture, carpets and bedding. Great value for everything. I can spend hours in this store looking for all it has to offer. Awesome store!
Anonymous The price are outrageous. You can find the same merchandise at Ollies, Kmart, Big Lots and Roses for half the price. The only time the sale prices match the competition is when they are having a big sale, and then it's usually the same price as the competitors.They don't discount on any type of damaged (scratched, torn, etc) item and customer service is few and far between.Go to the other stores when the items are on sale and you will get a much better price, and that's what I'm looking for, to save money!
Garden Ridge You can find so much at Garden Ridge. Everything for your home, outdoors and even christmas decroations. Last year we bought all our outdoor christmas decorations form here and we were very pleased.
Great customer service The workers in the store are very helpful and carry a pleasant smile on their face. There are an abundant of decorating ideas and do-it yourself ideas. It is very organized and easy to get around and find exactly what you are looking for. I would definitly recommend this store.
WHere is the Customer Service? I bought a frame from them only to have it fall into four pieces when I opened the packaging. When I returned it to look for the identical frame, which they did not have, they broke the glass as I shopped. So my plan to re-glue it myself was now futile. Also, they said the frame was now "clearance" priced, so they would only give me $5! But the glass was worth more than that to me! And since they were unwilling to give me new glass, they were giving me NO OPTIONS. That was all they said they co... read more
GARDEN RIDGE Really a great place to shop. The parking is not bad though this store is busy. THey have everything from seasonal to floral to bedding and bath, rugs and home decor. THis store is huge, well kept and the staff is very friendly and helpful. THe prices are really good. I recommend this to anyone looking for hime decor.
